1. PROCESSING & DELIVERY
- All preorder items require 2–3 weeks for processing and delivery after payment is confirmed.
- Delivery timelines are estimates and may be affected by factors such as customs clearance, logistics delays, or manufacturer processing times.
2. NO REFUNDS, RETURNS & EXCHANGES
- Due to the nature of preorder items, all sales are final.
- We do not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges once an order has been successfully placed and delivered in good condition.
3. ORDER COMMITMENT
- Once payment is confirmed, orders cannot be cancelled, modified, or exchanged as sourcing begins immediately.
4. PRODUCT VARIATIONS
